Pine Grove Little Cardinals Football and Cheerleading
registration for the 2015 season
will be held at the following times:
- Wednesday, May 13th from 6:00-7:30 pm at the HH&L Firehouse Pavilion - meeting to follow.
- Saturday, June 20th and Saturday, July 18th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the equipment shed at our practice field in Tremont by the old elementary school.
Registration fees are $45 per child, $75 for 2 children, and $95 for 3 children. All children must be signed up at the same time to receive a discount. Cash, check, and money order is acceptable.

All football players and cheerleaders must be age 6 by September 1, 2015 to be eligible to participate this season.
No sign-ups will be accepted after the 1st week of practice.
Mini camps will be held on July 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th from 6:00-8:00 and the first practice is MONDAY, AUGUST 3rd FROM 6:00-8:00.
- 1st time sign-ups must bring a photocopy of birth certificate to registration.
- Cleats/spikes must be worn for all practices and games.
- ALL players must have a physical prior to beginning practice.
- No player will be declared ineligible to play due to weight.
- Equipment handout will be announced at a later date.
- No birth certificate required.
- Cheer shoes and other required equipment will need to be purchased.
- Uniform Day will be announced at a later date.
